3. Binding Policies Agreement

By placing an order on our platform, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to our standard business terms:

• The 1-2 Day Shipping Timeline: Standard delivery is bound to our courier partner's operation frames.

• The Strict 1-Day Return Limit: The customer legally accepts that the right to claim a return, replacement, or refund expires exactly 24 hours (1 day) after the package is marked as delivered by the courier tracking system. No claims will be entertained past this statutory window.
